After we recieve your order and carry out a site visit,  Green Frog Landscaping - Rent a Tank will arrange a convienient time to install your aquarium.  Before we are able to add livestock a period of time must pass to allow the biological filter to mature.  Once that has passed we will visit to add your livestock.

 

• Regular tank servicing at a convenient time and day to suit

 

On each visit the aquarium will receive a full clean to remove all marks, debris, and algae from inside the glass or acrylic.   During each visit a water change will be carried out to dilute toxins and filter by-products that build up in the water within the aquarium.   

 

• Movement of the aquarium during any refurbishment

 

We understand home owners move, business' relocate or refurbish.  So when these times arise Green Frog Landscaping - Rent a Tank will remove the aquarium from site and/or relocate the aquarium.

 

• Replacement of equipment and livestock where necessary

 

Green Frog Landscaping - Rent a Tank will check and replace, if needed, any faulty equipment associated with the aquarium that we have installed.  Any livestock requiring medication will be treated and monitored. For more serious conditions, livestock will be removed from the aquarium for more intensive treatment and replaced free of charge.

Each visit fish food stock is monitored and when needed a full supply of fish food is provided.
